What data we collect
When you fill in the quote form we receive only what you type into it: name, company, phone, email, service, route, vehicle type, shipment frequency, deadline and the cargo description.
In addition, the IP address and browser used to send the request are stored, to prevent misuse of the form.
We do not track your visit otherwise, and we use no third-party analytics or advertising code.
Why we keep it and for how long
We use the data only to prepare a quote, to contact you and, if the quote is accepted, to carry out the transport. We do not add you to any marketing list and we do not sell data to third parties.
Requests that do not lead to an order are kept for at most two years. Records that become orders may be kept longer, as commercial and tax law requires.
Who we share it with
Only with the carrier and the customs agent involved, and only as far as the transport requires it.
The website and email run on a hosting provider located in Türkiye. A request sent from the European Union is therefore processed outside the EU; your data is used solely for the purposes listed above.
Your rights
You may ask for access to the data we hold about you, or for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to info@firstwaytransport.com; we answer within thirty days at the latest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Cookies
The site uses two cookies only. The session cookie (PHPSESSID) carries the security token of the form and is deleted when the browser closes. The language cookie (dil) remembers your chosen language for one year.
Both are strictly necessary for the site to work. As they serve no tracking or advertising purpose, no consent banner is shown.
